During the Comprehensive Initial Evaluation, I take time to understand your story, symptoms, concerns and goals in a safe, supportive space.
You deserve a provider who truly listens, respects your choices, and helps you find real, lasting solutions.
If you’ve been struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD or bipolar disorder, you may feel stuck in a cycle of short appointments and quick prescriptions. At Ascend Integrative Psychiatry, I take a different approach.
Imagine if you had a provider who truly listened. Someone who worked with you, not just on you. Someone who respected your choices and gave you the tools to take control of your mental health.
Many of my patients come to me frustrated—tired of being put on multiple medications without real progress. That’s why I take a different approach.
Every person is unique, and your treatment should be too. I work with clients who haven’t responded to traditional medications, those looking to minimize prescriptions and individuals seeking alternative treatments.
✔ I listen first—so you feel heard, not rushed.
✔ I uncover root causes—with lab testing and functional assessments.
✔ I create a plan that fits you—combining prescription options with natural solutions.
I’ll never push medications you don’t need. Instead, I empower you to make informed decisions about your care. With a strong, trusting partnership we’ll create a plan that respects your beliefs, needs and individuality.
Finding the right treatment starts with understanding the whole picture. Through a functional and integrative assessment, I explore key areas like stress, sleep, nutrition and overall well-being. With science-based lab testing and a collaborative discussion on prescription and natural treatment options, I create a plan that truly works for you.
During the Comprehensive Initial Evaluation, I take time to understand your story, symptoms, concerns and goals in a safe, supportive space.
Through lab work and functional assessments, I identify nutrient deficiencies, medical disorders and other factors affecting your mental health.
I create a personalized plan, combining targeted supplements, therapy, lifestyle modifications and medication—tailored to you.
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe in truly listening—honoring each person’s story, experiences and goals while providing evidence-based, integrative care.
I’ve had the privilege of serving Veterans as a provider at the Dallas VA, where I developed a deep understanding of their unique challenges and the care they deserve. My experience also includes working at world-class institutions like M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Columbia University Medical Center and Hospital for Special Surgery, refining my expertise in complex psychiatric care. Before my healthcare career, I learned the art of exceptional service at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, an experience that shaped my unwavering commitment to treating every patient with dignity, respect and personalized attention.
At Ascend Integrative Psychiatry, my approach is more than just prescribing medication—it’s about finding real solutions. Whether that means reducing medications, exploring natural solutions or uncovering root causes through advanced testing, my goal is to partner with you in a way that feels safe, supportive and empowering.
You deserve a provider who sees you as more than a diagnosis—someone who listens, cares and helps you find a path forward. I would be honored to walk that path with you.
